TEL has secured the support of Eco2 Limited ("Eco2"), an experienced developer of renewable energy resources. Eco2 has invested in seed capital and will continue investment as development of the device progresses.

Carbon Connections UK Limited ("CCUK") is supporting TEL with an investment of £150,000 to pay for design work, which is being undertaken at Cranfield University. CCUK was set up by the University of East Anglia to support projects by universities and industry, which are designed to make a measurable reduction in carbon emissions.

TEL believes that its DeltaStream technology will have the lowest manufacturing and deployment costs in the industry. This, coupled with its ability to install greater capacity per km2 compared to any other device, and its high availability, the company is confident that DeltaStream will have the lowest cost per MegaWatt hour of energy generated compared to any other technology.
